How to fix this fatal error.

Ok my vBulletin version is 3.7.3. When i go in admin CP and try to delete a forum topic this is the messege i get:

Please if you can send me the file i need uploading it to rapidshare then givin me the link. Also list what folder im suppost to put it in. Most likley includes folder. Thanks!
