how to fix this bug in answer forums​

I have installed answer forums by provb in this it has a little bug.
every can choose best answer in a thread i wants that only be thread starter choose best answer how to do that please programmer help me.
i have attached this modification.

hey sorry for late response, but yes i had tried this, and it worked, there is no such bug, as you had mentioned, but other user can also choose best answer, as the owner of that mod, didnt given usergroup permission that other users are not allowed to choose best answer, so the actual owner of this mod can only add this feature, may be if its suggested by his clients.
