How to fix fatal error

I keep getting this following error message. I wasn't sure where to post this post, this section seemed like the most obvious choice, but if its the wrong place then I am sorry.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method vb_activecache::flush() in /home/undergro/public_html/forums/includes/adminfunctions_template.php(1005) : eval()'d code on line 4

It does this when I try to install addons or anything. It started doing that after I installed the vboptimize addon. But I deleted that addon and it still does not work. I also backed up my database before I installed that addon, I just do not know how to restore it back to a previous database. I would greatly appeciate this help.

turn on VbOptimize and Flush option, after this operation u can be do anything with your templates
