How to find my position in SERP ?

I am doing some keyword optimization for my site. When I type a keyword or keyphrase I get millions of results in google. My rank is somewhere there in millions place. I wanted someway in google itself to find my position. for example ; After getting the search results you can search within the results for any term. Some thing like that to find your rank. I have done some SEO in my site.
