How to do spefic backup

Ok, I want to remake a buggy forum and I want to backup ONLY the members and the forums and sub-forums. What do I specifically download? Thanks In Advance.

ok with cPanel.
go backups>> download a database backup.
choose which database to backup and a download should appear for you

but I don't want the full database just the member and post info

1. Go to your vB ACP.
2. Scroll down to maintenance.
3. Click back up.
4. Click "all no"
5. Click on yes on the ones your want to back up.
6. Scroll down and click backup.

i highly reccomend not using vbulletin DB backup..
you will find its can be very buggy.
i still suggest my way... butt.. if you only want those tables then doin from the acp is probably the best option

Ok then phpmyadmin way.
1. Go cPanel.
2. Go to phpmyadmin.
3. Click the database your forum is using.
4. Click Export then select the rows (tables) you want to backup use ctrl (WIN) Apple key (Mac) to select more than one.
5. Click go.
