2. Post relevant content for search engine spiders on your site
3. Be sure to use descriptive page titles and meta description tags to help describe your content to users, and engines

Thus, the visitor will view the flash movie whereas the search engine will view the relevant keyword laden text. but i am not absolutely sure about the nature of this technique i.e. whether it is black hat or grey hat optimizing a flash site is not eays but good news is now google index flash websites too and read read swif file name
