How to do real time streaming with real player ?

Hi everyone,<br />I am thinking of doing something like Real Time Streaming for real player media for my site. I am searching for more information in this and come across some guides but they ae simply too complicated for me to understand. <br /><br />So I am wondering if there is a much easier option for me to do it??<br />Thanks for your kind pointer.<!--content-->
