How to do Profile URL like this?

I would like to know how to do Members Profile style like this... like on this forum my profile URL is...
http://www.vbteam.info/members/midtown.html

But on mine Forum it will be shown as
http://www.vbteam.info/member.php?u=2

but i want to do it like http://www.vbteam.info/members/midtown.html ...
plz tell me how to do it ??????

Thats an rewrite feature in vBSEO a nulled version can be found on vBTEAM.

You need to install the mod/hack vBSEO thats it, you can play with the setting but the rewrite is standard
