How to display Post thank in Vbulletin

Sorry if this one ever asked before but I wonder how to display "Post Thank" inside or beneath our post, so other member could hit it to say thanks, thanks for the response.
 
Ic so the idea of post thanks is to reduce number of redundant posts such "thank you" while at the same time the poster of the useful post notice who have actually enjoyed his post. However before posting this issue I was firstly search but failed to find it. And for Blue and Dark thank you double and triple, the hack is installed and works like a charm in my forum!
