how to dispaly a special image attachment?

Hi,

I need to display a attachment somwhere. for example if i have five image attachments in a thread, I want to display the third image attachment somewhere.

How can i do that?

This is the main variable: $post[imageattachments]

but it posts all images. I want to display only for example the second one in post footer.
