Assalam-O-Walaikum,
Hello to all,
How to disable delete,physically remove for super moderators in vbulletin 3.81 i have modified the usergroup but no changes.

do u want to remove a user from Super Moderators user group?
Just change the user's Primary user group to Registered Users or any group u want..
 
removing supermoderators permissions and moderators permissions for permanantly deleting posts and threads in the usergroup manager should do the trick.
there must be something wrong with your board or you havent done it correctly if it isnt working
