How to Disable Signature & Limit the Avatar Size

Hi

i need a little thing from anyone that now's good to work with vbulletin .
I Can't find the options in my cpanel to Disable The Signature of all users
And To Limit the Avatar Size to 150 * 150

vBulletin -> AdminCP -> usergroup Options -> *usergroup name here* -> edit -> Its somewhere in here. just read.
 
i will to disable to all my users pls can anyone tell me that :$
to disable the signature for all the forum because a lot of users use img and bigger fonts and others but i want to disable that
and to limit dhe size for avatar
