I have an asp.net website. I want to list the 5 most viewed (each day, or each week)webpages at the site at the homepage.I have Google Analytics for each page of the site which I assume can be used for my purpose but I don't know about other alternatives.The obvious alternative without using GA is for each page to increase a page view count when it is viewed and store this in a database for the homepage to retrieve and display. If my approach is not viable, how does one go about doing something like this?
