HOW TO Copy all the template mods to a new skin

Hi i just installed a new skin and I want to transfer all the template modifications from the old skin to this new one. Is this possible? Thanks.
 
damn what if i deleted all those files that told me what templates to edit? well this sucks...lol i thought it would be easier to install a new skin and transfer over all the mods.
 
If a template was edited by a mod installed then it will be in the new style only manual edits will not eg: you had to add code to a template yourself.
