How to CHMOD & Execute files?

Sorry, Im not very good at this kind of stuff, the person that was helping me bailed on me.

So, I need help on how to CHMOD all files to 0777? and how to execute the keygen.php, I have no idea how to do any of this.
Please help!

ps: Please give me a simple way, I probably wont understand anything to do with a lot of coding, i barely understood how to do the Config.php file.

dscla it would be easier to have someone install it for you than explain it again. Use search feature it is here or search for vbulletin bible.....
