admincp > Usergroup > Usergroup manager > click "Go" on the usergroup u want to change colour to:
Username HTML Markup has two boxes: first box type: <span style="color:COLOUR;"> Second box type </span>
the word COLOUR should be the name of the colour you want. i.e. Black, Pink, Yellow.. whatever.
