How to change usergroup color?

Now I'm not done.. I tried searching throughout vBulletin and this website and found answers but they didn't work for me. I dont know if its just because of my skin or something but I am unable to change the usergroup colors.

I am using Usergroup legend 1.0 and vBulletin 3.6.8. I am also using afterdark skin from vbstyles.
 
you assign user color from the usergroup manager in the admincp.

<span style="color:blue;"> or replace the name with a hex value.
