I have seen a striking Difference between many forums and mine

That is
The web Page links

if I have to go to a Forum Category the Link of the page looks like this : -

http://Site.net/member.php?u=3147

ok

But I have seen in vbteam Like this : -

http://www.vbteam.info/members/ab-nath.html

Can i make the Links Like this
How can I make it as this Looks Good

Also in forums and Posts
Like for Forum Categories
My Site Looks Like this : -

http://site.net/forumdisplay.php?f=2

but in VB it is like this : -

http://www.vbteam.info/compatible-scripts/

Also there is a difference with posts
Our Posts are Like : -

http://Site.net/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=254

But in yours forum it is like this : -

http://www.vbteam.info/arcade-games/4691-6000-arcade-games-new-post.html

It is Kinda Good having where are they going and what is the post and thread
So can ANyone tell me what I should do to Create like this
