How to change quick search to only search one category

i was wondering how to change the default search on the homepage so that it only searches through one category.. you can select this in advanced search with "Search in Forum(s)" but not on quicksearch

i found out it this has something to do with it:

Replace ?action=simplesearch with ?do=process.


but i dunno what variable to add to ?do=process to make it search a specific forum
