How to change Forum Icons

im sorry but their is no pictures on the forum like when you click on Make New threa it doesnt show a picture only a link i want to change it so it is a icon instead thanks
 
I have been in your site and I think you have not uploaded the images for your skin or might have uploaded it in the wrong directory.
