how to bind a virtual keypad in asp.net masterpage

i have already create a keypad that is html form and i have one text box in that and i used java script in this html form..in this form i write script for keypad. i used image map for creating virtual keypad and i am using that for unicode character.Now i am creating a web application in asp.net and i want to use that virtual keypad...but i am confused how can i used it...can any one guided me...and if this is not possible that please tell me the way to i used my javascript code to reuse in asp.net web application.
