Hello guys,
I would appreciate if you coders can give me a hand on this. I am very new to forum building and detail instructions would be greatly appreciated.
First thing that I want to accomplish: I want to know how can I add "PLEASE COMPOSE YOUR MESSAGE IN ENGLISH" above or below the reply box.
1. either just beside the 'Message:' position
2. or, above the icons position.
And can it placed on the Quick Reply Box, as well?

Second thing: I've download a passivevid mod. it says, install xml. I don't know how to do what. Can you give me some basic step instructions? Thanks, a bunch.
