How to add small images with forums titles

Hello All!

I want to add small images with forum titles to my forum Warez Spot - Where Everything is Possible - Powered by vBulletin ; like here; WarezRaid • Index page

I don't mean the staus icons (i.e. no new posts or new posts); i mean how to add small images as in warezraid.com with everyforum title (e..g like they have 'i" image with announcement forum)

I know warezraid is phbb; i wan't to know how to do that for vbulettin 3.8.1.
