How to add more thread tools/options?

For some reason I have no options to Edit/Delete others posts and I have no options under Moderation Tools besides Delete Thread. I checked the Admin CP and I had all Admin permissions. Access Masks were set to Default. All Forum permissions were set to Yes. And I can't run the upgrade script for some reason. Its asking for a Customer Number. Please help. (Forum version is 3.7.3)

This problem is still going on, does anyone know how to fix this? Member # 1 has all the options under Moderation options. But I don't.
