How to Add Additional Link to "MENU" NavBar Drop Down & User CP Links?

I just installed vbTubePRO and I'd like to add a link for it in both the drop down MENU from the top nav bar and also the "Your Control Panel" vertical link column, specifically under the "Networking" category.

Only thing is I have no idea what two templates I have to edit to do this and I'm afraid to just charge in and start hacking some code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
