How to add a modifcation?

Hey guys, so now i know how to install vBulletin and install 3.7 and 3.8 skins. I need one more bit of help. How do i add modifcations. I follow the instructions but it just dosen't work still.

Maybe if you said more specifically what mod you're attempting to install we can provide more specific instructions.

Well these are all the mods i need probably forever on my forums until new mods come out:

1) Post thank you hack
2) MGC Shoutbox or Inferno Shoutbox
3) Usergroup Colour Legend Bar

Post thank you hack just follow instructions and make usre you upload the files to your server and the thanks button to all button folders and it should be fine.

Usergroup legend bar is simple just import and adjust your settings in admincp > vbulletin options > usergroup legend

inferno do the same as you do wioth post thank upload files to correct locations on server then import product and set the settings in the admincp > vbulletin options > inferno shout.
