They are in west coast, which has good ping to us and Erica seems to know her stuffs well.
We are looking for fully managed server, a server where we don't have to touch/know anything about admins. Server will be highly secured/tuned from day one and keep in a good status. In short, we need to large reseller plan
anyone here has true experiences about them? are they fully 24/7 manned?
How managed did they go with their Dual Xeon server (full management included)
note: I searched and found few about their management

At this moment, I have 10 servers and a Cisco switch co-located at their facilities and use about 17 Mbps 95th bandwidth (I've been able to easily sustain 80 Mbps for many hours in the past).
Erica and the entire support team of Simpli are incredibly smart and know what they are doing. They are always available no matter what time of the day it is. I've called them numerous times at 3AM or so because of a server of mine crashing for whatever reasons and not coming back up. Someone from the Simpli staff has always been available and has immediately fixed my issues locally.
I trust Simpli with my entire company infrastructure and will gladly continue to expand my infrastructure within their network. Simpli is an incredible company that will not do you wrong.They should be pretty good. This doesn't sound like a true "fully managed" server to me. If you have to call them to report a server crash, then it doesn't sound like it's what the original poster wants.

Graham doesn't have the managed service with us. That's our normal unmanaged level of service.
Our managed service does include proactive monitoring, firewall service, etc. (see <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.simpli.biz/managed.php">http://www.simpli.biz/managed.php</a><!-- m -->) and is $100/month over our normal dedicated server prices.

I have read your management page but wondering, do you guys provide "pro-active" security service or you install what we tell you? We certainly don't want server is only installed a APF by default. Something like Rack911 do for the initial setup is prefered, as I said we just want a large reseller plan. Is what you offer is like this?

They upgrade the processor for free (lucky ^_^)2. Patch every single hole in the server3. harden the folder and permission.It is more like managed service although my server is under self-managed package. Since the respond and service is top notch even for unmanaged. Then managed solution should be no problem. Note; I'm do not have any managed solution with simpli.Simpli team will help you and try top solve your problem. Hope this will help.Thank you,
