How should be NoSQL and RDMS arctitecture

I will start a project.It is about social media.I am thinking use NoSQL.I searched a little about that.But I have a question.Now=>If I use NoSQL,Should I use RDMS?If I use NoSQL without RDMS,how should be architecture?If I use both of them how should be architecture?Sorry my english :)
