When I create a new article and post it in my blog, then I submit it to social bookmarking sites. I usually submit about 40 social bookmarking sites.
My question is,
how often do I submit to these social bookmarking sites?
should I break them to submit 10 social bookmarking sites per day?
or
should I submit all 40 social bookmarking sites a day?
Which method is better to index my site or blog?

Have a nice day! I would suggest to social bookmark everytime you publish a new article. This helps get the new blog post indexed in order to bring traffic to it.
I would not submit to all 40 in one day. NOW, there are some people that may differ, but here is my argument.
Say you are at war, you have 40 bullets left and are still a long way from your destination. Are you going to shoot all 40 in one day, or are you going to play your game right and shoot when necessary?
In my opinion, if what you usually do is submit 40 social bookmarks, then you are shooting all of your bullets for a search engine bot to crawl you in one day. Whereas, if you spread it out, you are using your ammunition to spread out and be crawled more days. I love your WAR example on this post. Well, I will spread them until I have a new article.
I will submit some of them at once and continue the next day.
