I believe that submitting articles to Ezine and other popular article directories is a good way to increase traffic.
I like to know how often should I do that?
1. Once a week
2. Twice a week
3. 7 times a week
Of course, I am talking about fresh articles that I never submit them to my site or blog.
Please tell me what option should I do?
Thanks. I suggest you submit no more than twice a week, to only 10 article directories at a time. Do not submit the same article to more than 10. I think you understand more about this. I have to keep my website content fresh, no duplicate so I don't use articles that I post on Ezine or others to my sites.
Thanks again. You only need to worry about duplicate content IF you post the same article to hundreds of websites and directories. Posting the article on your blog is not a worry. In fact, if the article is about your topic, I would suggest putting on your blog. Really? I can post the same article that I posted on Ezine, DB, Amazine to my sites too if it is the same topic?

I don't think there would a limitation on number of articles you could submit within a week if only you are submitting fresh different articles to different article directories since duplicated articles might be unacceptable on those big article directories although they would not have any negative impacts on your SEO efforts.

Thanks. Well you can. Although some of the top article directories don't like duplicate articles like EzineArticles. There are some list of article directories where you can post your articles eventhough it is already posted on other article sites.

Thanks. I would aim for about twice a week. I've noticed that when I submit a bunch of articles at the same time, it takes them longer to get indexed (almost like I am competing with myself in a way).
And you definitely need to submit different articles than what's already on your site. Duplicate content issues aside, if someone likes your article enough to click on the link in your resource box, you don't want your site to have the same exact content on it. If you don't give your visitors something new, they will not stick around.
If you've got certain topics that you really like/that have been successful, rewrite the articles (by hand, no spinners!). That way, when visitors head to your site, they will see something new.
