I like to buy a domain for a local video site in my language, and I have come across a one word domain rende(dot)com which means something funny in Macedonian 
I think it is good and brandable, so I contacted the owner and he told me: if I should make a serious offer he would consider it seriously.The domain is registered in 2003, but it is not developed at all, and I'm assuming it gets little to no traffic at all.So how much should I offer to make him think about it seriously?What do you think?
