I'm consider going with one of the $99/month managed dedicated server plans at atcihosting but have concerns given the fairly low price point. How "managed" is this? I spoke to them and they indicated that they do manage the OS and the apps. How proactive are they with patching? There are a few threads about them on WHT, mostly positive, but nothing much.... KalI've hosted there before with multiple dedicated servers, but always used my own techs. Whenever we needed technical support they were always available... even at odd times of the night, weekends, holidays, etc. I would email their sales dept. and ask for a complete list of what they manage/patch. You can get proactive management/patching for $49 a month from Touch Support (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://touchsupport.com">http://touchsupport.com</a><!-- m -->)if you need additional management.
