How long does it take???

iI submitted my site to google a couple of months ago and have been indexed successfully. The problem is that it shows me having NO backlinks, even though I have 212 in MSN and 122 in Yahoo!. I dont understand because have I a page rank of 2 already.Any Ideas...Never submit sites to the page: http://www.google.it/addurl/It takes severall months to index your page.The best way is just to add the link to your site to a website page with at least rank 2-3.In this way you will be indexed in a matter of days.Does that apply to American site also?What if I submit to google AND random websites?Submit to:- yahoo directoryand- dmozYou will be indexed in a month and if you are on dmoz you will be on google for sure.And never use automatic submition.Did you use the "link:www.mysite.com" command to see your backlinks? Don't be surprised by the results! Google doesn't bring back all the backlinks by this command. It is generally admited that it shows only the backlinks with a minimum pagerank of 3.Because Google has some (good) reasons to keep its secrets, you can't trust it about that type of request.But you can be confident that Google considere ALL of your backlinks for its ranking!Just try to look after "www.mysite.com" and you'll find all sites having your URL inside their pages.The command is "site" eg:site:www.domain.comJohan007 wrote:Very interresting!
