how do you use a keygen? (Customer Number)

I just installed vBulletin 3.7.1 and when i go http://www.example.com/forums/install/install.php its says i need to enter Customer Number.
"This is the number with which you log in to the vBulletin.com Members' Area"
What is the Customer Number?

The keygen should tell you the customer number and license number. Enter the customer number in the Installation script.

Yes i know, when i enter customer number in the Installation script and press "Enter Install System" Nothing happens. all files to 644 and folders to 755 anything else i should give permission. please help. thanks.

Here is another tip;

CHMOD all files to '777' which are in the forum directory, then try installing the keygen again. Does it work?
