How do you make the forums homepage look like this?

Unfortunately, vBDrupal doesn't support mbstrings so if you are running a site that isn't ASCII you get garbage all over the screen where > 8 bit characters are referenced. Pretty short sighted of them, I think. Cuts out most of the NON-English speaking sites on the planet. A poor choice for this reason as I understand it.
 
I think this is not too hard if you know how to create web sites!

You can name the forum HomePage as forum.php!
And the page at the begining index.php and the host will show index.php as first page and in the navbar the link to the forum.php page!

I think you've understanded me!

lol, not realy... it takes more than just renaming.
