How do you install modifications

How do you install modifications like iCash and Traision Cash & Shop. Here is what I did:
Moved all the correct files to their correct locations
Uploaded the xml file need for mod through vbulletin acp

The problem is that when I finish I get this when I try to get to icash.php

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.0:

I did everything the post said. Uh the forum on trasion is blank.
