How do you cancel an AdWords account?

I'd like to cancel my adwords account, but simply can't find anyway to do this (without communicating directly with Google in person). I have never actively used the account. I just signed up for a peek after receiving a free $30 adwords voucher. Because I have this account it is preventing me (I think) from using a single Google Account for my adsense and other services.The helpcenter says:Quote:
