How do we do this with insert link?

I remember many moons ago being on a forum where when members clicked the insert link button in the text editor a pop-up appeared requesting the user to input a text description, once this was added and submitted another pop-up appeared asking for the url to be added.
Does anyone know how we make the insert link bbcode behave like that instead of just the one pop-up asking for an url to be added.

God, I'm so stupid at times, sorry, ignore this thread, the big dumb blonde is walking off shaking her head wondering how she could have been so thick.
I just found out how it's done, read it on a forum I stumbled on this morning, the clicking the add url thing seemingly can't be done as I'd like it to be. All we have to do is type in a name like vBTeam, higlight it then click insert link and type in the url for here press ok and viola it's done.
