How do I....?

I have been looking to change some links in the Navbar of my custom skin. but im not finding any thing in there that matches any of the links on that bar. I have also looked in the header area, nothing there.

Im looking to add a link to this area.

So what am I looking for so I can change this stuff?

Im tring to get Flashchat link installed there, and opens new window for it.

misc.php?do=flashchat

right now I have it Created in Community Links and that works great. I would also like one on the navbar. dont matter where its located.
