Is there any particular way I can type a simple code script into Macromedia Fireworks, (javascript in this case) then edit the <br />

I didnt think so either, Javascripted items are originally created in that program and then exported. The thing is, there are many limits. I tried importing a recent item (Javascripted html) and when I viewed it in Fireworks, it did not have the same effects necessary (for example, clicking a button and a pop up menu appears)....<br />
