How Do i Upload my File to Free Hosting?

Well im New so Yeah kinda Noob and stupid ....im trying gettign Free host

i had Tried 000webhost & ByeHost ...i guess :) ...but how do i upload my File ...of the Forum on it.....


or

Can someone TEll me wat software do i use ...so i can host it by my Own COmp?
 
Well i use FileZilla (Here)

Then upload the "upload" folder in the HTDOCS folder !

NOTE:
Rename the "Upload" folder to whatever you want eg: Forums ? Forum ?

So whatever you rename it to...Your site will be:
Www.MySite.com/forums

Forums like i said you can rename it to whatever you want ;)
 
with 000webhost edit your config.php with your database info theen package it into a .gz archive then from your 00webhost cpanel choose 1-click website restore.
