How do I transfer my vBulletin info/my members

Hi,

My hoster is running out of business, so I made a new website with another hoster.

But my old forum contains over 3k members and a lot of posts, and I want to transfer it to my new host/website.

How can I do that?

Thanks.

P.S. Will my members still be able to log on w/ their passwords? Or do they have to reset there password?
