How do I set an image at the absolute upper left of the browser?

I'm finally getting into some more sophisticated design and need to place images at the edge of the window instead of 20 px in (or whatever it is). I've been searching the web for hours, and I know I've seen it before. HTML or CSS is fine, and I'm working in Dreamweaver MX, if it matters. <br />
