how do i remove this bug...

when i go to make a new thread,i click on submit thread,and at top apears this mesage...

how can i fix it?where is the problem.?

when did u start getting that problem,
for now i suggest the following
go to admincp>maintaince> check all and repaid and optimize tables after it finish and also in mataince fix all unique indexes

i do this and again display this error....:(

yes i disable all..and its ok...
the last move is to find wich product is not compatible :)
