How do I open page in a new window?

I have my site at a free host and need to open a page from another host but it needs to open it in a new window. Is this possible and how or what is the codes?<br />

In other words, when I click on the link from my page, it opens the page, from another host, in a new window.<br />

Obviously you'd put in the URL of your other page instead of this one.<br />
