How do i make Reputation Level = Rep Power ?

Because everytime a users recive 1 point (for been registed over 30 days), this point goes to rep. power. I have users with 150 power, and 10 level, it's not logic for me.
 
Witch setting fellows? I don't think this is working on my forum then, because i already configure thoes options long ago.

Edit, the counter update did ajust correcly the rep. power and the rep. level of buged users. (Thanks to pmt)


However i still can't find a way to make a user gain 1 Rep. level every 30 days, insted of 1 rep. point...

Yeah I see what your saying. I guess they never coded it because all a user would have to do is register on the forum, and never visit again and in a few months his level has gone up a few times.
 
Yeah, but i choose to get like 1 point for each 10 posts, and to get on another usergroup user needs number of posts + rep + registration days old. :( Anyway, for me it would be useful.
I see no use for this rep. power stuff :/
