how do i make colored names

For different user groups and how do i add a 'symbol' next to the names of certain user groups?

I want like admins to a different colored name + have a crown to show there admin

This applies to names that appear on Logged-in Users, Who's Online, Users Browsing Forum, Users Browsing Thread, Posts, Member List etc.)
