How Do I Install Games On ibproarcade?

I just need a simple step by step guide, i have run a search but all the responces seem to reference a .tar file, and i do not have any .tar files, i have a php and a swf.

Also, i would like the games to register scores and be included on the hall of fame, so please can someone explain how this is possible, thanks.
