how do i hide who is online from guest/unlogedin user

i want to disable guest (not logged in users from being able to see who is online i mean they wont be able to see which users are online but they will be able to see how many memebr thread and post we hv

i hv chosed no for guest/unloged in user can view who is online........but even after doing it the guest can see who is online
so i need a soultion for it......its not the problem with the theme either because i hv tried with vbulletin default theme
