You must have it installed. As far as I know, that is the hack that displays those stats at the bottom of the forum. Check your product manager and try to uninstall it.

i have uninstalled all mods and its still there

Well you must have done something crazy because this is not standard in vB, unless its new in 3.8 beta 1 which i doubt. This is the out put from a page compressor mod like psi said.

i might re install it and re uninstall it
